About The Well
First hosted in 2022, The Well is a reimagined version of New Profit's long-standing Gathering of Leaders. The Well brings together social entrepreneurs, philanthropists, and cross-sector leaders to engage and collectively design a better future. As one attendee put it, "The connections, learning, and sharing have definitely energized me this week to keep leading our important and collective work forward with urgency and HOPE."
The Well is (co)designed to be a different kind of convening—and attendees feel it. In 2024, the words used most to describe the experience were energized, committed, supported, and, above all, inspired.
